2 ounces Naked Biscuit Sorghum Spirit
3 ounces fresh lemon juice
2 ounces simple syrup
1-2 bruised basil leaves for summer; or 1 sprig rosemary for winter
1 lemon slice
Mix spirit, lemon juice and simple syrup, and serve over ice.
Garnish with basil or rosemary, and a lemon slice.
Spiced Honey Martini
2 ounces Crane City Gin
1 ounce Nashville Honey liqueur
Shake gin and honey liqueur with ice.
Rinse martini glass with lemon juice.
Strain gin & honey into glass.
Add lemon zest as garnish.
1 ounce Nashville Honey
1 ounce Crane City Gin
2 ounces sparkling wine
Dash of fresh lemon juice
Shake the Nashville Honey and Crane City Gin together with ice. Pour into the flute and top with sparkling wine and fresh lemon juice. Garnish with lemon zest.
